   Validate

   Risk-based testing starts here, not only at UAT. Pair with Testing & Validation services so evidence accumulates through the lifecycle.

   Train

   Role-based enablement for analysts, reviewers, admins, and IT—live sessions plus NexaQore Academy modules.

   Hypercare

   Dedicated support window after go-live: rapid triage, config fixes, and mentoring so the floor stays productive.

   Steady-state

   Hand off to Customer Care Program (Flex) and Technical Support. Your team is self-sufficient; we stay available for evolution.

Training during implementation

Live enablement is paired with NexaQore Academy so new hires and refresher paths stay available after the project team leaves. Ask for role curricula in a services conversation.
